What is the volume of one tasting sample?
The volume of the glass vial is 100 ml, which is equivalent to one full glass of wine.
What is the shelf life?
We use a patented bottling technology that ensures the preservation of both the taste and quality of the wine. Each glass guarantees the wine for up to one year, preserved as if it were from the bottle. The vials are made of pharmaceutical-grade glass and are fully recyclable. We have gone to the ends of the earth not only to bring you the best wine but the best technology behind it. We have taken every step to ensure no air contact is made with the wine, no seams are in the glass, and each glass maintains the vineyard's original design so you get the full, table-side sommelier experience right at home.
How do you choose the wines for the tasting editions?
Our goal is to bring you on a journey through the unknown and help you to explore new authentic varieties and unique wine flavors from various corners of Europe.
We are searching for interesting, distinctive wines with the character of the particular country, region or winery. Wines with a story and soul. True craftsmanship.
During our continuous search for new wines, we also take into consideration the feedback and wine preferences of our customers. Only 1% of wines tasted end up in the VINEWAY portfolio. Then our exceptional team of sommeliers and advisors curates 5 wines in a particular order to create a unique wine tasting experience for you to enjoy at your home.

Are some wines part of several editions?
Some wines match different styles, and in case we feel like it would improve the overall experience, we've included it in more than one tasting edition. Currently, some of the wines are exclusively curated for a specific theme, while others are part of a maximum of two tasting editions. In case you're considering purchasing multiple tasting editions, please see the "What's inside" section of each edition.

How does the annual membership work?
Annual Membership is a program for all wine lovers who want to explore "best of the best" wines delivered every three months for the duration of one year. Each membership comes with a 30 EUR voucher to buy full-sized bottles, an automatic 20% discount, and free delivery on the individual tasting editions. Our annual members vote on new limited edition wines, have access to exclusive events, and help our founders shape the VINEWAY project. Join here.
What are the payment methods for annual membership?
You can opt either for a one-time payment which gives you all the annual membership pers or a recurring charge every 12 months, with an additional 10 EUR discount compared to a one-time purchase.
How do I get the 30 EUR voucher?
The voucher eligible for bottle purchase only is automatically added to your account. The amount will be deducted from your order.
How do I get the 20% discount on bottles?
The 20% discount on bottles is applied automatically in your cart.
Is it possible to cancel my membership?
Yes, you can manage your subscription in your account, or email us at contact@vineway.eu and we will cancel your subscription.
Do I get a refund after cancelling my subscription?
Refunds are possible on a pro-rata, basis. For example, if you decide to cancel your membership after the first delivery, we will refund the remaining amount.

What are the delivery options?
We currently offer courier delivery or pick-up point delivery (only Slovakia and Czechia). It is only possible to ship orders via Zásielkovňa couriers and their respective Z-Boxes and Pick-up points.
How long does it take to receive my order?
We reserve 48 hours after placing an order to dispatch your package. Depending on your location, the delivery is carried out within 1-3 business days.
I received package with broken glass and leaking contents. What should I do?
We are very sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, shipping delicate glass is subject to higher risk. Please, send us the image of your damaged package at contact@vineway.eu. Depending on your preference, we will either refund your purchase or send a new item.
