What is the delivery time?
We deliver orders within 4 working days to Slovakia, Czechia, Austria and Hungary. All other international orders are delivered up to 7 business days.
Can I order a tasting edition as a gift?
Of course. You can gift tasting editions to your loved ones. After they scan the QR code and create an account, VINEWAY will automatically give them a 10% discount on the purchase of bottles.
What delivery methods do you offer?
We currently offer delivery by courier or delivery to the collection point (only Slovakia and the Czech Republic). Orders can only be sent via Zásielkovna couriers and to their collection points.
What is the cost of shipping?
Sending goods by courier to any address is charged €4.50. Goods sent to Zásielkovna delivery points are charged €3.
What types of wines do you offer?
We represent wineries from Central and Eastern Europe, focusing on countries less dominant in the international market: Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Austria, Hungary, Bulgaria, Macedonia, Romania, Portugal, Greece, Croatia, and Slovenia. Our portfolio includes indigenous varieties like Solaris, Dunaj, and Zenit, as well as internationally acclaimed ones such as Pinot Noir, Sauvignon, and Riesling, among others. You'll find dry, semi-dry, or semi-sweet wines, with various production techniques, vintages, and styles. Visit our online store to learn more.
How does the wine sampling work?
Our partner in Bordeaux, France uses patented and protected bottling technology which ensures unmatched freshness and flavors with every tasting. The wine is sampled in inert-gas environment, without any exposure to oxygen. Glass vials are enclosed with aluminium cap with a wine-specific seal, Saranex®.
What is the shelf life of each sample?
We guarantee a minimum of 12 months, unless otherwise specified on individual wines. However, as with wine in standard 0,75l bottles, it is crucial to store it in dark place without sun exposure with temperatures between 11-14˚C. This will ensure wine stability which will enable wine to remain fresh for longer time, and age according to its potential.
