The company Víno Mrva&Stanko was established in 1997. It was founded by two friends: Peter Stanko, who was successfully involved in advertising, and Vladimír Mrva, a winemaker with international experience.

At the end of the twentieth century, the revived Slovakia was looking for a way to modern wine. Winery Mrva&Stanko offered the drink that the company wanted. It presented varietal clean, light and fresh wines, surprising with brightness and a multitude of fruity tones. Perfect harmony in taste and aroma, and the modern design of the bottles sharply contrasted with the heavy wines of the time. On the eve of the millennium, people tasted wine, which became a symbol of change.
