Aroma

Very aromatic wine with notes of fresh tropical fruit such as ripe mango, passion fruit or blood orange. Tones of hot caramel, marmalade, baking sweet pastry, reminiscent of crème brulee.

Taste

The taste is slightly creamy, with a rich texture, complex - thanks to the "wild" yeast - there is an explosion of taste in the front, juicy. Wild herbs, passion fruit peel, kumquat. Followed by caramelized citrus fruits, quartz sludge, poached stones. It is beautifully persistent, long and generous.
