Ammonite Gaia wines have a medium lemon color and lush aromas of lemon, peach, grapefruit, lemon, honey, smoke, quartz, vanilla, toast and sourdough bread.

In the mouth it has a full body, sharp acids and a creamy structure. Ripe citrus meets notes of peach, dried nuts, dough and smoke on a mineral background.

Gaia Wines' Ammonite is an Assyrtiko varietal that made a huge impression after it first appeared in the 50 Great Greek Wines test and came out as the best wine of the test, number 1 out of 50. After tasting it, we concluded that this award will decide he deserves, although he still has a lot to offer as he is still only a child. This vintage received 91 points from Decanter magazine!
