A unique orange wine, made from Assyrtiko grapes, using forgotten techniques from another time. Inspired by intuition, ancient experiences, faith in nature and, of course, technical knowledge.

The difference of Assyrtiko Clay lies in its origin, ancient vineyards, but also in fermentation and maturation techniques. For this purpose, modern clay vessels are chosen, the successor to the traditional amphorae used in ancient times, in which the variety develops its character exclusively with local yeasts.

Dark and deep amber color, intense aroma of dried fruit, vanilla and honeycomb. With the characteristics of burčiak, which the older inhabitants of the Cycladic archipelago still consider "wine", abnormally high alcohol content, "aggressive" taste and fruity aromas, ever-present tannins and acidity reminiscent of young wine.
