Albizzia is a fresh white wine made from the Chardonnay variety from the vineyards around Florence. It is an elegant dynamic wine, characteristic of the variety, matured in a stainless steel tank. The taste is pleasantly dry, with spicy acidity and a beautiful purity of expression. It smells of ripe citrus, ripe grapes and nuts. The aftertaste is spicy, fresh and full. Excellent as an aperitif, with oysters and delicate appetizers. Serve chilled at 10-12˚C.

Individual estates operate separately and independently and strictly control their production. This enables the production of noble DOC, DOCG and IGT wines. The estates - Rémole, Castiglioni, Valiano, Corte e Sante Santa Maria, Castello di Pomino, Nipozzano and CastelGiocondo produce wines of the highest value.
