Are you attracted by the historical varieties of Eastern Europe that can compete with the most prestigious regions such as Bordeaux or Tuscany? Or do you want to taste autochthonous varieties of Bulgaria, North Macedonia and Romania that you cannot find here?
The limited edition "Eastern Europe Gems" will take you on a journey through Eastern Europe, during which you will get to know the mastery of family wineries that produce internationally awarded wines from varieties that are descendants of ancient grapes. You will gradually recognize the creamy-vanilla Chardonnay from the Bulgarian Villa Yustina. A wine that was included in the "TOP 10 Chardonnay in the World" with the 2016 vintage. Next comes autochthonous, spontaneously fermented Rubin from the Bulgarian winery Georgiev Milkov, full of notes of dark chocolate, cherries and mild tannins . The North-Macedonian Vranec from the Stobi winery brings a combination of dried plums, coffee notes and a creamy structure with fine tannins . The 2016 Romanian Feteasca Neagra exudes an aroma full of plums and black berries that leads to a chocolate-vanilla finish. At the end, the masterful Mavrud Reserve of 2016 is waiting for you, full of aromas and flavors of blackberries, sweet jam and spicy spices .

What wines do you offer?
We represent wineries from Central and Eastern Europe, with an emphasis on countries less dominant on the international market: Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Austria, Hungary, Bulgaria, Macedonia, Romania, Portugal, Greece, Croatia and Slovenia. Our portfolio includes local varieties such as Solaris, Dunaj and Zenit, as well as internationally recognized varieties such as Pinot Noir, Sauvignon and Riesling, among others. You can find dry, semi-dry or semi-sweet wines with different production techniques, vintages and styles. Visit our online store to learn more.
How does wine sampling work?
Our partner in Bordeaux, France uses a patented and protected filling technology that guarantees incomparable freshness and taste with every sample. The wine is filled with the addition of inert gas, without any supply of oxygen. The glass bottles are closed with an aluminum cap with a specific seal for wine, Saranex®.
What is the shelf life?
We guarantee a minimum shelf life of 12 months, unless otherwise stated for individual wines. However, as with wine in standard 0.75l bottles, it is crucial to store it in a dark place without exposure to sunlight, at temperatures between 11-14˚C. This will ensure the stability of the wine, allowing the wine to stay fresh longer and mature to its potential.
