Istrian Malvazija of the Rossi family is a crystal clear wine of noble greenish-yellow color. On the nose, the flower of acacia and fruit notes of apple, plum, and apricot. Very moderate acids and minerality, rounded and harmonious. Excellent with fish and seafood, white meat, and light cheese.
