The vineyards from which this wine is produced are situated to the south-east and the soil is varied from limestone to clay. This mix guarantees ideal conditions for growing and producing this wine.

The production of this wine begins with manual picking and qualitative selection of grapes in mid-September. Immediately after harvesting, the grapes are stored in special warehouses where they "rest" at a controlled temperature and humidity for 60 days. Production continues with soft pressing and subsequent fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 25°C.

This wine is characterized by an intense red color with shades that touch ruby. Fruit notes appear in the aroma, especially ripe cherries, plums and vanilla sensations. Its freshness combined with the softness of the tannins, which is influenced by aging in oak barrels, enhances the feeling of ripe fruit and persistence. It is suitable to be served with food, where the main ingredient is dark meat (venison and beef) in various kitchen preparations. Serving temperature is recommended in the range of 16-18°C.
