Continue with the Czech Pálava 2023 from Mikrosvín, which impresses with a combination of tropical fruit, spicy aroma and delicate sweetness. Riesling 2021 Noble Rot from Sonberk z Morava offers elegant complexity with notes of honey, peaches and a hint of minerality. Then move to Moldova with Traminer Late Harvest 2016 from Fautor Winery, a wine with rich sweetness and aromas of roses, lychee and ripe fruit. What wines do you offer?
We represent wineries from Central and Eastern Europe, with an emphasis on countries less dominant on the international market: Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Austria, Hungary, Bulgaria, Macedonia, Romania, Portugal, Greece, Croatia and Slovenia. Our portfolio includes local varieties such as Solaris, Dunaj and Zenit, as well as internationally recognized varieties such as Pinot Noir, Sauvignon and Riesling, among others. How does wine sampling work?
Our partner in Bordeaux, France uses a patented and protected filling technology that guarantees incomparable freshness and taste with every sample. The wine is filled with the addition of inert gas, without any supply of oxygen. The glass bottles are closed with an aluminum cap with a specific seal for wine, Saranex®.
What is the shelf life?
We guarantee a minimum shelf life of 12 months, unless otherwise stated for individual wines. However, as with wine in standard 0.75l bottles, it is crucial to store it in a dark place without exposure to sunlight, at temperatures between 11-14˚C. This will ensure the stability of the wine, allowing the wine to stay fresh longer and mature to its potential.
